first, a winter hat for my dear father-in-
law, who is an avid birdwatcher. The
cables aren't just cables... see the owls?
The other notable (because it's cute and
weird) knitted gift is a real, live tea cosy,
"commissioned" by my wonderful mother-
in-law. Hopefully it fits her teapot better
than it fits the teapot that is modeling it
in this photo! Poor, misshapen cosy!
